The vibratory hammer sheet pile driver is an excavator-mounted attachment with an articulating side grip that speeds the sheet pile driving process.
This innovative device uses the excavator's hydraulics to quickly pick up, unload, place, drive and extract the piling. It is designed to overcome obstacles such as low overhead clearance and narrow passageways.
The sheet pile driver and excavator are operated by a single operator, with all hydraulic functions integrated to a simple joystick-mounted control. There is also an on-board computer with a digital real-time graphic display that assists the operator with driving the sheet pile to within 1º.
The vibrating sheet pile drivers can handle 3,600 lbs. in the side jaws and are capable of driving sheet pile up to 50' long. High frequency vibrations liquefy the soil, which significantly reduces the time required to drive a sheet pile in the ground, thereby improving productivity.
The vibratory hammer sheet pile driver can be used for:
Sheet pile driving
Steel piling driving (i-beam)
Railroad track driving
