Omega Type Sheet Pile

Omega type sheet pile also known as lightweight steel sheet pile, has a similar appearance to U type steel sheet pile, but the locking buckles on both sides are the same as Z type steel sheet pile. Compared to U type steel sheet piles, the advantage of cap shaped steel sheet piles is that they are wider and lighter, and after installation, the bottom plate is in the same straight line, making it easier to install accessories such as purlins. Compared to Z type steel sheet piles, cap shaped steel sheet piles can achieve the effect of double Z type steel sheet piles at once, and have one less lock connection than Z type steel sheet piles, resulting in better waterproof performance and fewer materials used.

The interlocks are at the outermost part of L/S type sheet pile, the neutral axis of each pile is same with the whole sheet piling wall. This means that the L/S type sheet pile can display its structural performances in different ground conditions. Sometimes, China sheet piles can be handled and installed with small hammer or rig or driver. The pan type sheet pile is a structural steel product that incorporate the sheet piling manufacturing technology and application technology relating to construction works. Hat type sheet piling will help to cut down the sheet piling costs and sheet piling prices.
